Avamere Communities in Portland, OR is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to perform routine upkeep, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general grounds maintenance at Avamere role supports resident comfort and works Tuesday–Saturday, 10am–6:30pm, with emergency call‑outs as needed.
You will be responsible for coordinating daily maintenance with nursing staff, replacing bulbs and ensuring equipment is properly maintained to meet safety and quality standards.
