Janitorial Technician Full-time Tuesday through Saturday Wage is $20.29 to $21.23 per hour DOE

• Ensure that all interior and exterior areas of the campus are attractive, clean, and well‑maintained.
• Walk outside daily to keep sidewalks, landscaping, entryways, and parking lots free of debris, litter, and dog waste, monitor garbage and recycling areas, clean windows, remove cobwebs, and remove snow and/or ice.
• Maintain a "white glove" standard of presentation in all office and common areas.
• Strip, wax, and buff floors; clean carpets; sanitize kitchen and lavatory facilities; maintain the swimming pool (chemicals, temperature, and cleanliness); empty garbage receptacles; and assist with housekeeping duties as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience maintaining and cleaning swimming pools.
• Can-do attitude, passion for maintaining a five-star site appearance.
• Willing to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; physically able to perform tasks that require continuous walking, standing, bending, and lifting.
• Patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members, and visitors.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds using proper lifting techniques.
