We're looking for a skilled, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help maintain and improve our residential, clinical, and administrative facilities. If you enjoy troubleshooting, repairing, building, and taking pride in well-maintained spaces, we'd love to hear from you.
In This Role, You Will:- Perform a variety of maintenance, repair, and improvement projects across multiple properties.
- Troubleshoot and repair building systems, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, locks, and minor electrical issues.
- Complete preventative maintenance and general facility upkeep.
- Maintain grounds and exterior areas, including fences, gates, parking lots, roofs, and landscaping.
- Assemble, repair, and move furniture and equipment.
- Respond to maintenance requests and building emergencies.
- Partner with outside contractors to ensure quality work and safety standards.
- Support office moves, special events, and facility projects.
- Help maintain inventory, tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Build positive relationships with staff while providing excellent customer service.

QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of three years of experience performing general maintenance tasks.
- Proficiency in basic carpentry, mechanics, plumbing, drywall repair, and minor electrical work.
- Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds repeatedly, bend, push, pull, and climb.
- Ability to use smartphones and electronic devices to receive and complete work orders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to represent the organization positively.
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements
- Ability to meet background check, reference checks, and organization's driving requirements of having a current and valid driver's license and no more than two driving infractions in the last two years
