- ASE certification (engine repair) required, bring it to the interview Own tools - Someone who wants ownership of the bay, not just a paycheck were building something, not just filling a slot.

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

• 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Comfortable handling customer complaints
