The role involves meticulously maintaining facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for students and staff, and overseeing groundskeeping to keep the campus vibrant. You will handle minor repairs and use this position to develop practical maintenance skills. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in securing buildings and grounds, fostering a safe and supportive community.

Successful candidates will be self‑motivated, proactive problem‑solvers with strong organizational skills, and adept at adapting to changing situations. Efficient communication—face‑to‑face, phone, or email—is essential. Attention to detail ensures compliance with building codes and quality standards. Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations is required.

Proficiency in Google Suite, online database software for timekeeping, and CMM for tracking ticket orders is highly desired. A high‑school diploma or GED is required, along with at least one year of experience in maintenance or custodial work. CPR and First Aid certification, along with a valid driver’s license, are additional assets.

• High school/GED or equivalent experience
• 1+ year of maintenance, handiwork, and custodial work on commercial buildings
• Demonstrated proficiency in written and spoken English
• Current driver’s license

• Associate’s degree relating to the building trade or commercial building maintenance field
• CPR and First Aid certification
