Load and operate pressure washing equipment to clean surfaces;
Wash floors, walls, stairs, pavement, surface lots and parking garages while ensuring hoses do not tangle;
Dispose of wastewater in EPA-compliant manner;
Maintain equipment and perform quality inspections/repairs on vehicles and equipment;
Wear appropriate safety equipment and adhere to safety protocols;
Seasonal landscaping and snow removal as applicable
