Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 8:00am- 4:30pm

• Provides routine and preventative maintenance for our 200+ apartment units and other common areas.
• Completes work orders and maintains maintenance work shop and storage rooms.
• Performs apartment turns in a timely manner to properly prepare for new residents who will be joining our community.

• Basic ability to use computer/smart‑phone applications for training and company system purposes.
• Ability to comprehend written documents such as work orders, safety rules, instructions, policies, and procedures.
• Effective speaking and communication with clients, coworkers and management.
