Industrial Maintenance, Weekend Grave Shift

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to support production operations and ensure equipment reliability across the facility. This position plays a key role in maintaining uptime, product quality, and a safe working environment.

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production machinery, motors, conveyor systems, pneumatic tools, and related equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues using precision tools and instrumentation
• Fabricate and adjust parts as needed, and replace components to minimize downtime
• Maintain parts and supply inventories, anticipate maintenance needs, and place orders when necessary
• Track maintenance trends and prepare reports
• Collaborate with team members to support efficient plant operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times

• Weekend 12-hour grave shift: every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Work 36 hours and get paid for 40
• Enjoy 4 days off every week – that's 16+ days off per month

We value your experience! Pay is based on your skills and experience, with a guaranteed minimum starting pay of $28/hr.

• Hourly rate negotiable and can go higher depending on skills and experience

• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair PLC and HMI systems
• Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making skills
• Proficiency with a wide variety of power tools and maintenance equipment
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Exposure to varying temperatures, including cold/freezer environments and areas near production equipment
• Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and reach for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Required to wear appropriate PPE at all times
• Overnight weekend grave shift in a 24/7 food production facility
• Work performed in a manufacturing environment with varying noise levels and moving equipment
• This role involves working around industrial machinery and may include exposure to electromagnetic fields generated by production equipment
• Exposure to food allergens, including peanuts and tree nuts, including contact with skins, oils, and dust generated during processing and grinding
