About the Position

• Daily monitoring of the work order software system.
• Entering, assigning, and documenting notes, services, supplies, and labor.
• Ensuring timely completion of work orders.
• Providing daily supervision and delegation of assignments to maintenance technicians.
• Participating in hiring, discipline, and termination of maintenance staff.
• Performing or delegating regular preventative maintenance (e.g., replace air filters, inspect for plumbing leaks, replace caulking, replace ceiling tile grout, paint as needed).

What You’ll Make

$4,833 – $6,000 per month DOE/Credentials

Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates.

What You’ll Need

• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience providing oversight of general maintenance and landscaping is required.
• General knowledge of construction, property maintenance, local, state and federal regulations and safety procedures.
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience leading a cohesive team environment.
• Valid driver’s license (or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire).
• Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, squat/kneel, use hands and fingers, stand, walk, reach, climb stairs and ladders, operate tools and machinery, lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds, and maneuver bulky objects; occasional sitting, talking, listening, and crawling.
• Completion of crisis de‑escalation and CPR trainings.
