Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to maintain The Watershed at Hillsdale, Cedar Grove, and The Knoll ’ll handle repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, and janitorial tasks while managing work orders with care.
The role is full-time, on-site at multiple Oregon apartment communities with a 40-hour week and a $27–$30/hour wage.
