Simpson Housing is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for The Matrix Luxury Apartment Homes in Portland, OR. You will lead the property maintenance team, ensure timely turnover of vacant homes, and troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related systems.
The role requires 2+ years supervisory multifamily maintenance experience, HVAC/EPA certification, and CAMT/CPO certifications. On-call duties and strong customer service are essential.
