Job Title
Students in this position will perform routing maintenance tasks for the Buildings Team of Facilities Services department in an efficient and productive manner.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerforms general maintenance tasks including but not limited to the following: sign cleaning, reset beds in residence halls, assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the campus, lock maintenance, power washing, event set-ups and tear downs, assist carpenters with various tasks, etc.
Safely operates all hand and power tools necessary to complete assigned tasks.
Moves, loads, unloads and delivers heavy and bulky materials, supplies and equipment by hand or dolly
Performs tasks as directed to prepare residence halls and classrooms for occupancy
Assists with all tasks needed to ensure timely set-ups and tear downs for campus events.
Must pass drivers training to operate transportation vehicles
Ability to use/learn pressure washing
Performs other duties as assigned.
Hours available Monday - Friday, 7am-4:30pm
$16.80 per hour
