CRMG is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform daily upkeep of the Emmons Place property in Portland, OR. Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, and janitorial tasks under guidance from senior staff.
You will manage work orders with our maintenance software and ensure high attention to detail and timely completion. We offer full benefits and a path to growth, with a schedule of 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, and a 40-hour work week.
