Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Service Manager in Portland, OR to oversee maintenance and safety across one or more communities. Lead routine and preventative work on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, while coordinating with vendors and on-site staff to ensure high-quality housing and resident satisfaction.
The role requires a High School diploma, 5+ years in maintenance, HVAC certification, CAMT and CPO where applicable, and multi-family housing experience is helpful.
