As a Maintenance Technician at Cascada Spa & Hotel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency and impeccable appearance of our facilities. You will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, completing work orders, and maintaining the overall functionality of equipment and systems to uphold our high standards of guest satisfaction and safety.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, HVAC maintenance, and carpentry work.
• Conduct inspections of hotel facilities to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues in a prompt, efficient, and courteous manner.
• Perform daily safety checks and maintenance of six bodies of water used for guest bathing, ensuring water quality and safety compliance, CPO.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems according to established schedules.
• Complete work orders and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Model professional appearance, carriage, and demeanor, representing the high standards of Cascada Spa & Hotel at all times.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of events and meetings as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to support their maintenance needs and ensure seamless operations.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for yourself, colleagues, and guests.
• Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge of maintenance practices.

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in maintenance is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in a hotel or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues and perform repairs efficiently.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to obtain your CPO (Certified Pool Operator) within 6 months of hire.
• Ability to work a varied scheduled, including Days, Nights, Holidays and Weekends are required.
