• A fun, supportive team environment
• Employee discounts on classes
• Medical, dental, and vision benefits available for employees working 20+ hours per week

• Clean and restock locker rooms, restrooms, and shared spaces
• Complete routine cleaning while classes are running and deeper cleaning when spaces are available
• On Sundays, clean one locker room at a time so families can continue using the other
• Follow cleaning checklists and let the team know when supplies are low or something needs repair
• Occasionally greet families, answer basic questions, and support the Client Services team

• Dependable and comfortable working independently
• Thorough and attentive to detail
• Comfortable with hands-on cleaning work
• Friendly and professional around children and families
• Able to follow procedures and communicate clearly with teammates
