We are now recruiting a reliable and diligent Interior Maintenance Team Member to join our team to ensure our guests receive the highest quality facilities, accommodations, and amenities at our resorts. They will provide maintenance to the units at Attitash Mountain Village.

As an Interior Maintenance Team Member, you will perform:

• Interior maintenance needs as assigned
• Preventative maintenance HVAC
• Plumbing needs as assigned
• Pool – testing, and treatment of systems (Eastern Slope Inn)
• Painting needs as assigned
• Troubleshoots maintenance problems to determine necessary repairs
• Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician
• General labor – snow shoveling, moving furnishings, building supplies, etc.
• Travel between buildings on and off property as necessary
• Basic carpentry and other building-related skills

What We Expect From You:

• The ability to follow instructions from a supervisor or senior maintenance worker
• Knowledge of general carpentry and repair
• Time management and organizational skills
• Pool chemistry knowledge
• Mechanical Aptitude
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• A valid Driver’s License
• Must be available weekdays and/or weekends
