Located in North Woodstock, NH, in the heart of the White Mountains, Lumen Nature Retreat is a year-round cabins and glamping-style hospitality destination.
We’re looking for a dedicated Full-Time Maintenance & Operations Specialist to join our team to help keep our property in great shape and ensure our guests have an outstanding experience during their stay.
About the RoleAs a Maintenance Associate, you’ll play an important role in keeping our property running smoothly. From general repairs to seasonal landscaping and daily operational support, you’ll help ensure our destination remains beautiful, functional, and guest-ready every day.
- Schedule: Full-time
- Compensation: $56,000/year
- Paid Time Off: 10 accrued days of paid time off annually
- Perform general repairs
- Conduct daily upkeep of cabins, tents, and facilities
- Maintain landscaping and grounds, including property upkeep and snow removal
- Support turnovers and ensure readiness of guest spaces between stays
- Assist with and work on the property improvement projects
- Help manage equipment, inventory, supplies and shipping/receiving needs
- Support on-site guest and housekeeping team needs
- Assist with seasonal setup and breakdown (e.g., winterizing, opening glamping units)
- Proficiency in basic carpentry, repair, and maintenance tasks
- Experience with landscaping and seasonal property care
- Able to safely operate power tools and maintenance equipment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using smartphone apps for task tracking and coordination
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
