Fairlead Integrated, LLC. is seeking an experienced ship fitter to repair, modify, install and dismantle shipboard hulls, bulkheads and decks at its Portsmouth, VA facility. You will read blueprints, lay out materials, and fabricate fixtures supporting close tolerances.
Requires 5+ years of ship fitter experience or accredited apprenticeship, ability to travel and work overtime, and capable leadership to mentor junior craftsmen. Safety and PPE adherence essential.
