Maintain appearance of building and grounds per maintenance manual and inspection requirements;
Inspect property and identify needs and report findings to Supervisor;
Assist housekeeping and front desk and support hotel operations as needed;
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, caulking, carpet/floor cleaning, changing light bulbs;
Maintain safety and security of the hotel and follow OSHA standards
