Laborer, Maintenance​/Cleaning, Building Maintenance

Builds and performs a variety of physical labor duties on construction projects. Transfers from one task to another as directed.

Primary Job Functions

• The ability to perform remedial tasks.
• Must have the ability to read and understand written instructions.
• Ability to lift 25lbs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• CBRE seeking a laborer to assist in general cleanup, carpentry/framing, temporary protection measures, punch list items, safety guidelines, etc. in a medical facility environment.

• What percentage of their role do they have to leave their base location? Base location is a specific office or home location. The position is onsite at Portsmouth Naval Hospital.

The base salary range for this position is $19.00 to $22.00. This position may also be eligible for a wide range of competitive benefits that can include but not limited to: medical, well-being, financial planning and short-term incentives benefits.
