FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY seeks a Maintenance Lead to supervise maintenance specialists in a cannabis cultivation facility in Virginia. You will guide, train, and coordinate daily tasks, PM programs, and CMMS administration.
Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of maintenance experience in production, basic electrical/HVAC/plumbing knowledge, and a collaborative, safety-conscious approach. You must be legally eligible to work in the United States and 21+.
