The Maintenance Assistant at Century Park Associates will perform quality maintenance services to uphold the community’s cleanliness, safety and appearance. You’ll support the Maintenance Director and complete work orders, minor repairs and apartment prep to prepare units for residency.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least one year of maintenance experience, with knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and strong attention to safety and codes.
