Job Summary
Clubhouse Maintenance Person is responsible for maintaining proper operating conditions for the facilities and ensuring the clubhouse building is in good structural and physical condition.
Qualifications- Thorough knowledge of building maintenance and procedures, normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent education plus two or three additional college‑level courses or trades training, or equivalent years of experience in progressively responsible positions.
- Knowledge of pool chemical health and safety standards (preferred).
- Two to three years of previous experience in a similar role.
- Maintain responsibility for and keep a written record of the inventory of all tools.
- Provide support in maintaining proper pool chemical levels at select sites, following club‑specific safety requirements.
- Establish and maintain par stock inventory of spare parts and supplies.
- Perform and maintain responsibility for all repairs on cart fleet and maintain detailed maintenance records on each cart.
- Perform as needed the continued preventative maintenance of all HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and all kitchen equipment.
- Obtain bids for all major repairs, maintenance contracts or capital projects and submit to the general manager for approval.
- Maintain responsibility for and ensure compliance of all cleanliness standards of the clubhouse, entrance and parking lot.
- Monitor appearance of all areas at least four times per day.
- Maintain responsibility for key control, perform an inventory quarterly, and maintain control log.
- Assist the general manager with the development of the annual operating budget, capital budget, and perform within established operating guidelines.
- Establish and maintain security guidelines and assist in training and enforcement of all security procedures pertaining to the security alarm system, fire alarm systems, lightning warning system, patrol schedules and safety communications.
- Special projects or other duties as assigned.
- Pay Range: $30 – $33 per hour.

- Works in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
- Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, kneel, use hands to handle or feel, and talk or hear.
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities: close vision, depth perception, color vision, distance and peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
- Must comply with all applicable federal, state and local safety and health regulations.
Travel is not expected for this position.
Work Schedule ExpectationsThis position requires shifts as necessary based on business levels.
Supervisor ResponsibilityThis position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
