Maintenance Technician - NY

• Perform minor electrical and plumbing maintenance.
• Maintain HVAC systems and perform filter changes.
• Execute general construction tasks such as painting and carpentry related to tenant improvement projects or property maintenance.
• Provide janitorial services for rooms, common areas, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, parking lots, and other work areas, including trash removal.
• Carry out grounds work and landscaping duties.
• Conduct snow removal operations.
• Assist with third‑party vendor access and coordination.
• Respond to emergency maintenance situations.
• Be available on call after hours for emergencies or snow removal efforts.
• Perform other work‑related duties as assigned.
• Follow all safety and OSHA related policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑service oriented and able to work as part of a team with a “can‑do” attitude.
• Adhere to company attendance and punctuality standards.
• Use common tools effectively.
• Understand and follow directions given.
• Work with minimal supervision, exercise sound judgment, and manage time and job responsibilities efficiently.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Work schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
• Salary: USD $25.00 – $30.00 per hour.
