Space Management Group Inc is looking for a skilled and dependable Property Maintenance technician to join our team in Poughkeepsie, NY! This is a hands-on role where you ll play a vital part in keeping our properties safe, functional, and looking their best. If you take pride in your work and enjoy variety in your day, we want to hear from you!

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance across commercial properties
• Respond to and complete work orders for minor repairs (doors, lights, gutters, gates, lock/latch changes)
• Perform grounds keeping and upkeep and property maintenance
• Document completed work orders and report ongoing maintenance issues to management

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and independently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
• Willing to work outdoors year-round
• Snow removal and plowing
• Strong communication skills, and a professional, team-oriented attitude. Spanish language skills are a plus
