Order Selectors FAST PACE

DOUGLASVILLE OFFICE IS SEEKING TOP TIER HIGH VOLUME ORDER SELECTORS.

• Minimum of 2500 quota must be met weekly.

• Must be able to lift bulky heavy items as needed throughout shift.
• Must be able to work long hours as needed 45-68 hours per week. Current average hours 50-55, can be as high as 65-68+. Nights may be 11.5-12 hours, sometimes 14+ hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Regularly throughout shift. Anything over 50 lbs requires a team lift.
• Must have 2+ years of Cherry Picker Experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle for this position.
• Must have good work ethic and good attendance.
• Must have a friendly team‑player attitude.
• Must have stable employment history.
• Must be self‑motivated and able to work lots of overtime if needed.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required (multiple buildings in a small radius).
• Steel toes required.
• Background and drug tests required.

• Start time 2pm on the first day, 4pm after shift for further days.
• Start time 4pm until finished; 8 hour shifts are extremely rare.
• Shift schedule:
  Monday-Friday, 4pm to finish. Night shift schedule: 11.5-12 hour shifts, sometimes 14+ hours.

Job location is Lithia Springs Thornton Road/Powder Springs area.

$21 per hour.
