Job Goal:
To provide students with a safe, attractive, clean, and comfortable environment so they can take full advantage of the District’s educational opportunities; to contribute to a positive school atmosphere by offering pleasant, accommodating custodial services for students and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a substitute in our custodial department when permanent employees are absent on an as‑needed basis. Shifts and positions vary according to position.
- Reports to Building Principal and Coordinator of Support Services.
- Cooperate with assigned building custodian in a mentor relationship for standardization of custodial practices and procedures.
Pay:
Building custodian: $18.30 per hour; $17.55 per hour for other substitutes at Step 1 of their corresponding assignment classification.
Once your application is complete; come to the Central Administration Office (160 N Evarts Street) to complete payroll paperwork.
