What You'll Own

• Training floor, locker rooms, offices, and common areas — clean, organized, and ready.
• Wipe down and sanitize equipment; restock supplies before they run out.

• Handle small repairs, touch-ups, and general maintenance projects.
• Flag the bigger issues to leadership or vendors before they become problems.

• Help with opening or closing duties, depending on your shift.
• Keep the facility looking sharp and ready for every client, every day.

• Friendly, proactive attitude — every shift is a chance to make someone's day better.
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with coaches and the front desk to keep the room welcoming.
