. As Facility Team Lead, that standard is yours. You'll lead our facility team, keep the building running, and catch the small stuff before it ever becomes a member complaint. If you love fitness, have a knack for fixing things, and a mild case of OCD — this is a great fit, and a real growth path as we scale.
What You'll Own
Four things, done right01
Lead the facility team- Direct and coordinate cleaning and maintenance staff — set the schedule, assign tasks, hold the standard.
- Be the first point of contact for facility issues so they get solved fast.

- Run daily and weekly walkthroughs for cleanliness, organization, equipment function, and safety — log and triage what you find.
- Maintain amenities — locker rooms, showers, common areas — to a high standard.

- Handle small fixes yourself and schedule routine equipment checks.
- Line up and manage outside contractors for bigger jobs;
Escalate major items to the GM.
- Conduct periodic safety inspections and correct hazards promptly.
- Enforce facility policies for cleanliness and safety.
