Night Porter / Sanitor
Able to work unsupervised during the night.
Duties include major cleaning of the interior restaurant building and equipment at the end of the day: dismantling, cleaning, sanitizing, and reassembling cooking equipment such as broiler, fryers, hood filters, etc.; changing grease in fryers; and cleaning floors, walls, ceilings, windows, and other surfaces.
Observe and enforce safety and security procedures.
Experience in cleaning and maintenance of the building and equipment is desirable.
Background check and Drug Screen required.
