Prep Cook

Duties/responsibilities:complete all prep items to gsg menu expectations and standards.assist the production line as needed.use proper labeling and rotating procedures to ensure freshness and consistency.keep prep area, spice rack, dry storage and walk-in organized and clean at all times.inform management of any prep needs. (i.e. Needed items, broken equipment etc) am specific duites/responsibilities complete prep list or receive completed prep list from management complete remaining daily/weekly cleaning and maintenance .

Reference cleaning and maintenance schedule if needed.monitor dishes and clean as needed.pm specific duties/responsibilities clean and organize entire prep area, assist with dish as needed.complete remaining daily/weekly cleaning and maintenance. Reference cleaning and maintenance schedule if needed.alert mangement to any prep needs for the following day. (i.e., 86’d items etc)
