Greer's Markets - 2850 West Main Street - Responsibilities:
Respond to submitted work orders and conduct on-site assessments at assigned store locations;
Evaluate maintenance and repair needs across building systems including general structure, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and HVAC;
Report assessment findings to the Maintenance Coordinator with clear documentation of issue scope and recommended course of action;
Perform in-house repairs and routine maintenance tasks as directed;
Operate and perform basic maintenance on small engine-powered equipment
