Repair commercial kitchen equipment across 12 locations, including fryers, ovens, walk-ins, ice machines, dishwashers, and related systems;
Perform preventative maintenance across all locations to prevent downtime;
Provide facilities support including light building repairs, floor care, drains, and pressure washing as needed;
Respond to emergency repair needs and manage parts inventory and procurement;
Coordinate with store managers and maintain communication for scheduling maintenance
