Your role as a Prep Cook is absolutely crucial; its the backbone of our kitchen operations. Your commitment to carefully preparing ingredients and ensuring readiness allows us to deliver quality dishes to our valued guests every day.

• Prepare ingredients for use in cooking or garnishes
• Label and properly store prepped ingredients to ensure freshness and prevent contamination
• Follow recipes and procedures according to Kitchen Manager and Brewhouse menu
• Support cooks by preparing components of dishes such as sauces, marinades, and dressings
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and report low supplies to Kitchen Manager
• Maintain a clean and organized station ensuring all necessary tools, utensils, and ingredients are accessible

• A passion for cooking and fun, and be 19+ years of age
• A strong understanding of basic culinary techniques including knife skills for chopping, dicing, and slicing
• A willingness to learn and expand your knowledge
• A dedication to understanding the Brewhouse menu, ingredients, and preparation methods
• A strong understanding of proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
• The ability to communicate effectively
• The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• The ability to obtain Food Wise certification
• The ability to fulfil the physical job requirements
