Your Role As a Kitchen Crew Member , you’re the backbone of our restaurant.

You’ll prepare great‑tasting food, keep the kitchen running smoothly, and help create the quality guests expect from A&W.

Training you can use anywhere , including customer service and teamwork skills Opportunities to grow , including leadership and management roles Medical and dental benefits for eligible team members Competitive wages and regular recognition Who You Are You’re energetic, reliable, and enjoy hands‑on work You take pride in doing things well You love working in a supportive, fast‑paced team environment You communicate clearly and follow instructions You’re eager to learn new skills and help out wherever needed You’re available 15–40 hours a week (we’ll help build a schedule that works for you) Duties & Responsibilities Food Preparation & Cooking Prepare A&W menu items following food‑safety and quality standards Cook burgers, fries, breakfast items, and other products efficiently Assemble food orders accurately and quickly during busy periods Kitchen Operations Keep workstations stocked, organized, and clean Restock fridges, freezers, and ingredient stations Monitor food levels and communicate needs to the team Cleanliness & Safety Follow all food‑safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices Clean and sanitize equipment, counters, prep surfaces, and utensils Take out garbage, sweep, mop, and help maintain a clean kitchen environment Teamwork Work closely with Supervisors, Cashiers and other team members Communicate clearly during rush periods Support the team and contribute to a positive, fun workplace Why Join Us?
