Location

Kentucky – Princeton, Lewiston, Ciaxton, Lamasco, Eddyville, Fredonia, Rockcastle, Crofton.

• Perform standard preservation duties: winterizations, lawn maintenance, debris removal, lock changes, initial services (including sales clean), boarding, prepare property for conveyance, general/minor household repairs.
• Provide estimates for requested repair/replace items.
• Have own transportation and necessary equipment, inventory of HUD locks and materials.
• Maintain detailed reports with photos and bids.
• Meet client deadlines.

Pay is based on bids and allowable list; no discount.
