Outlet Quality Associate

Summary

The Outlet Quality Associate supports upkeep and maintenance of the Princeton RH Outlet, executing housekeeping and repair work to maintain brand standards. The role plans and carries out preventive and reactive maintenance, coordinates facility repairs, and ensures the functionality of building systems, grounds, and storage areas. This position works closely with the Outlet Team to minimize operational disruptions and uphold safety and compliance.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee facility maintenance, repair, and housekeeping operations
• Maintain the upkeep and functionality of interior and exterior spaces, grounds, systems, and storage structures
• Manage preventive maintenance programs for equipment and operational assets such as doors, carts, dollies, tools, and ladders
• Prioritize, schedule, and execute preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance to minimize operational disruptions
• Uphold OSHA and HAZMAT standards to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement practical solutions

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience performing preventive maintenance and repair activities
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 75 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and other physical activities
• Knowledge of or ability to follow OSHA and HAZMAT safety and compliance protocols
