  We value your personal time. The day before a company-observed paid holiday that we have off, we close early at 3:00 PM and you get paid for a full day when you work that day.

  Weather in New Jersey can be unpredictable. Unlike other companies that cancel your shift and leave you with $0, we guarantee a minimum of 4 hours of pay if you show up on time to work and the day gets entirely washed out.
