Regional Maintenance Supervisor

Overview

VP Management is a leader in the lodging industry, focused on creating an exceptional guest experience with multiple hotels in the Princeton area.

The Regional Maintenance Supervisor (RMS) is responsible for the maintenance objectives of their hotels, overseeing maintenance staff and ensuring that physical condition and appearance goals are consistently maintained.

• Oversee maintenance staff and ensure that physical condition and appearance goals are consistently maintained across their hotels.
• Achieve and monitor maintenance objectives for their properties.
• Demonstrate technical proficiency with a hands-on leadership style and strong communication skills.
• Adapt to ambiguous or changing situations.

• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, appliance repair, and landscaping.
• Working knowledge of swimming pool maintenance and operations; able to operate a snowplow if needed.
• Superior customer service skills, including the ability to manage difficult customers and/or situations.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
