The Facilities Manager supports Samson Sky operations by promoting a respectful and collaborative workplace; ensuring safe, clean,orderly, and operational facilities; planning and coordinating preventive maintenance, repairs, vendors, equipment support, inventory, and facility improvement projects; and providing hands-on assistance when needed. The position requires a can-do mindset, adaptability, leadership by example,accurate documentation, practical problem solving, and consistent attention tosafety, reliability, cleanliness, and work quality.

• Ensure facilities are maintained in a safe, clean, orderly,and operational condition in accordance with OSHA and company safety standards.

• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate facility inspections,preventive maintenance, repairs, corrective work, and improvement projects based on safety, operational needs, and the project plan.
• Monitor facility conditions and ensure identified safety,maintenance, cleanliness, and operational deficiencies are addressed and communicated to affected personnel.
• Manage facility maintenance plans, schedules, work orders,service histories, inspection records, equipment logs, and other required documentation.
• Coordinate qualified vendors and service providers for inspections, repairs, installations, and infrastructure work; provide facility access and on-site support as needed.
• Manage maintenance tools, spare parts, consumables, and inventory; identify replenishment needs and coordinate procurement or vendor support.
• Coordinate the setup, maintenance, and safe availability ofshop-support equipment, facility utilities, work spaces, and equipment staging needed for prototype builds and R&D testing.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and repair support for mechanical, pneumatic, plumbing, lighting, and basic electrical systems withinthe manager’s training and authorization.
• Direct or coordinate facilities personnel, shop personnel,vendors, and contractors assigned to facility tasks and projects, while promoting timely completion, accurate documentation, and accountability.
