Full-time Maintenance Technician

Location:

Chaska and Prior Lake, Minnesota

Pay: $26 - $32 per hour

Schedule:

40 hours per week

This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, mechanically inclined, and interested in learning the maintenance field while getting paid to develop new skills. You'll gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced team members while helping maintain and improve our townhome community.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist with preparing apartments for new residents, including light repairs and painting

· Help with general maintenance tasks such as basic carpentry and minor repairs

· Support routine property upkeep and grounds maintenance

· Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner

· Participate in an on-call rotation with other properties as needed

· Travel between nearby properties using your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)
