Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and ensure machines and equipment are operating safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on role in an industrial environment that requires mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and physical stamina.
Key Responsibilities- Perform preventive maintenance on production machines and equipment
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and basic electrical issues
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests and minimize downtime
- Walk, stand, bend, push/pull, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards
- Other duties as assigned
- Prior experience in industrial maintenance or mechanical repair preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read manuals, schematics, and work instructions
- Reliable and team-oriented with a strong work ethic
