Job Overview:Overnight deep cleaning of all kitchens and bars, ensuring that written cleaning service standards are met for set work schedule. Uses various specialized equipment, chemicals and supplies to accomplish detailed and thorough cleaning.

- Deep cleans all kitchens, bars and other company facilities as needed, following all written guest and department cleaning service standards by using specialized equipment, chemicals and supplies.
