• Thoroughly inspect metal castings after various machining processes are complete
• Inspect incoming and outgoing metal castings
• Identify non-conformances and communicate them to the individual machine operators
• Assist with communicating corrections and best practices
• Communicate to management any observed issues with specific part numbers
• Identify and label non-conforming parts to minimize non-conforming product shipments to the customer
• Inspect complete shipments prior to them leaving our facility

Knowledge, skills, and abilities

• High school diploma or GED required
• 6 months of inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read customer and internal work instructions
• Ability and willingness to systematically inspect parts for non-conformances

Compensation

• Starting Wage: $14.00 per hour, increase to $15.00 per hour within 90 days
