Nursing Supervisor (RN) – Senior Living, Lutheran Home, Arlington Heights

We are seeking a Nursing Supervisor (RN) to lead and support clinical operations during night shifts within a skilled nursing setting. This role offers a consistent overnight schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on resident care and team performance.

Competitive Pay: $35–$50 per hour with credit given for experience.

Schedule:

Full-time night shift, 7:00pm–7:00am.

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents as needed.
• Supervise and support nursing staff during overnight shifts.
• Ensure compliance with care standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead resident assessments and support care planning processes.
• Respond to clinical concerns and urgent situations across the community.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate with families as needed.
• Oversee assigned areas of the facility and maintain a safe, efficient environment.
• Foster a positive, professional, and accountable care environment.

• Active RN license required.
• Prior supervisory experience in a skilled nursing setting required.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
