• AM Shift: 6 AM – 2:30 PM
• PM Shift: 2 PM – 10:30 PM
• NOC Shift: 10 PM – 6:30 AM

• Conduct health assessments and create personalized care plans for each resident.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
• Monitor residents’ vital signs and promptly address any changes in health status.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic and person‑centered care.
• Assist in the development and implementation of wellness programs and activities.
• Educate residents and families on health‑related topics and promote preventive care.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate and appropriate interventions.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date resident medical records.
• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for residents and families.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

• Graduate or Future Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Hold a Current State License as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms.
• Have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse in a long‑term care setting.
• A natural problem solver.
• Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff.

• Shift differentials of $1.50 for PMs and NOCS and $1.50 weekend differential on all shifts.
