CDL-A Regional Truck Driver Overview

• Pay built to add up. Average $1,800 per week, with base pay of 72-77
  
  CPM with all miles paid - loaded and empty. Plus, earn performance, safety, and service bonuses worth up to 3
  
  CPM on all miles.*
• A floor you can plan around. Regional drivers qualify for a $1,500 weekly minimum pay guarantee
  * when available for dispatch, accepting reasonable loads, and meeting service expectations - so your baseline is never a guessing game.
• More ways to earn. A per diem program is available,
  * plus additional pay for detention, layover, extra stops, and clean DOT inspections* - so your check reflects the full value of your week.
• Home every week. Run Midwest regional lanes through WI, MI, OH, IN, IL, and MN and get home every week - real home time you can actually plan around.
• Freight that keeps you rolling. Run 100% no-touch, dry-van freight with a majority of drop & hook loads on contracted customer accounts - consistent miles on familiar Midwest regional runs.
• Assigned trucks built for the road. Drive your own  Freightliner Cascadia equipped with APUs, inverters, a microwave, and refrigerator, backed by an on-site shop and 24/7 road service so you're never left waiting.
• Coverage that backs you up. Medical, dental, and vision insurance, complimentary life insurance, and a 401(k) with a 4% match after 12 months.
• Paid to get started. Paid orientation with travel reimbursement so your first week works for you before you ever turn a wheel.
