Custodian

Overview

LB&B Associates is seeking a full-time Custodian for its contract to provide operations and maintenance services at the J.O Pastore Federal Building in Providence, RI.

Hourly pay rate: $21.87 per hour. Working

Schedule:

Monday through Friday / 7:00am-3:00pm.

• Perform general commercial or government building cleaning including sanitizing; provide office cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and trash/recycling removal from office areas.
• Provide floor care including hard surface floor stripping, waxing, buffing; carpet cleaning, shampoo/extraction, vinyl/tiling treatment; operate high-speed floor equipment and floor scrubbers.
• Clean and sanitize office space, breakrooms and restrooms.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in general commercial or government building cleaning including sanitizing.
• Hard surface floor care experience (stripping/waxing/buffing) highly desired.
• Floor care skills including carpet cleaning, shampoo/extraction, vinyl/tiling treatment; use of high-speed floor equipment and floor scrubbers.
• Ability to perform general office cleaning tasks: sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, trash/recycling removal.
