• Competitive Hourly Rate: $19 - $20 per hour
• Additional earning potential: commission and bonus opportunities

As a Pest Control Technician at Fox, you will take ownership of your route, providing top‑tier service to customers while ensuring their unique pest control needs are met. The day‑to‑day tasks include:

• Preparing the specific materials for each customer's needs
• Communicating arrival and greeting customers with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Performing pest control services with care and thoroughness
• Providing detailed notes on each service performed and offering recommendations for continued protection
  
  Continuing to the next customer with energy and focus

• A positive, people‑focused attitude

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Build positive relationships
• Effectively communicate the value of our services to customers
• Eagerness to learn how to analyze pest activity, explain it to customers, and take action
• Learn/follow servicing protocols to apply chemical solutions/products
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• A valid driver's license and authorized to work in the US

• Experience in manual labor, service routes, or outdoor work
• Proven ability to connect with people through face‑to‑face service visits
• Current pest control license or previous experience with pest control or pesticides
• Desire to learn and develop as an individual and leader
• An independent attitude with a willingness to take initiative
